I'm purchasing tickets for a trip to WDW next month that just came up. I noticed that the purchase form Shades of Green sent me is a little different than it use to be. I'm wondering if anything else has changed. Do they still issue a voucher that you have to have turned into an actual ticket at a Disney Guest Services window? And does everyone who is going to be using a ticket still have to be present at the Guest Services Window to have them activated? Hope that made sense. Thanks.

If you buy your tickets directly from SOG, they no longer need to be activated. You don’t get vouchers, you get the same hard plastic cards you get from Disney and they are gate-ready when you receive them. We’ve used them twice this year.

If you're talking about the Salute tickets, then you should be good to go. However, make sure you check your dates. I believe Salute tickets are only good through Dec 19 or something like that.
