Questions about Sharing Meals at Disney

You cannot share at fixed menu places like CRT, they still deduct the DDP credits. Akershus is only family style for breakfast so I imagine you can't do it then either. But for dinner you order your own meal so I don't see it being an issue then.

Akershus is a fixed price per person at all meals so you can't share. Everyone 3 years and up will be charged so once your son is 3 he will be charged for dinner. Akershus has a buffet for the first course, each person orders an entree and then there is a dessert sampler served family style.

One place that doesn't allow sharing when on the dining plan is Via Napoli. You cannot use 1 credit to feed 2 people.

Ok this a question continued from sharing. So if we end up sharing I'm seeing we will have 2 DDP credits left. Will it be a problem in the end if we use two credits at Crystal Palace and pay for 2 people?

At Le Cellier I have shared an entree and we eat ordered a cup of soup. Same at Le Chefs de France --shared the macaroni and cheese and each got an onion soup. At counter services, Morocco is great (we get the combo plate). Also France counter service has huge sandwiches great for sharing, we like the chicken pesto. The Tuscan sandwich at Studio Catering in Studios is good for sharing, also flatbread at Pinnochio's in MK.

You can use a combination of credits and OOP at a restaurant. At TS the credits are specified as Adult TS and Child TS so just let the server know which members of your group will be using the credits while the rest are OOP.
