I'm very new at this and am not an owner, just looking for renting a specific time, so if I step on anyones toes I do apologize.
I've read the FAQ and did the point calculator and even read Docs message about use of the board. I still have a question, duh.
If I rent points from an individual how do I make sure availability is there?
I would like 2 studios at BWV or BCV for 2 nights, 12/03 & 04/2004. According to my calcs that would be 20/night/st = 80 for BWV or 22/night/st at BCV = 88. Right? Do I just contact an owner with points that has posted on this board? They handle availability issues and then I pay them for the points?
