QUestions about rental

Just realized last night that since we were going to Disney in a weeks time I needed to make a reservation for a minivan (7 of us) to go from the end of our trip to Universal. I found a van for $59 dollars a day. I pick it up on Tues. and need it till Sat when I will drop off at airport. I have the pick up at HOliday Inn International. Is that convenient?How can I get from the MK or GF to there?
