Questions about POP rooms and locations

We have a preferred room at POP over Easter week. Reading some of the posts it looks like it is not a guarantee that you are getting a poolside room close to foodcourt and buses. We requested preferred thinking we had this. If this is the case, should I try for a standard room instead? I guess what I am asking is which section gives me these 3 features?

The Prefered rooms are in the 60's section near the big hippy dippy pool. They are very close to the food court and near the bus stops. I would keep your reservations and see if you like the room you get. If not have them change it.

you'll get what you are looking for by staying in the preferred. all is well, trust your plans, use the force.

Preferred rooms are within a certain radius (200 feet? 150 feet) of the center of Classic Hall. NOT all Preferred rooms are poolside. The areas outlined in yellow on this http://www.willcad.org/maps/resorts/resort_pop_prefered.jpg map indicate Preferred locations.

This used to be the case, but not any more. If someone books a preferred room, they will be closer to the food court area.
If you have booked a preferred room you should be able to get what you need.
