Hello all, Im back with some new questions about our cruise for Nov 2017.
Can we have 2 seperate OB spending accounts? Our DD19 will be with us and I dont want to have her charge to our credit card.

Is there pin trading on DCL and if so what is it like?

When we pre book the nursery do we have to pre schedule the exact time we need or just reserve a set amount of hours?

Is it true characters are in the nursery?

Each KTTW card can have it's own back up. So, her KTTW can be backed up her credit card. You can do this during the online check in process. Or when you check in at the port. Or at Guest Services, once onboard.

Yes, there are pin trading sessions. Should be in the Navigator.

I believe you book specific times.

Characters could be in the nursery, or not. They don't spend all day there.

Adding to the nursery info

Yes, you book specific times, but you can add more onboard. Try to prebook the ones that might be most popular like dinners and shows or when you know you've got spa or brunch reservations. If there's availability, you can also just walk up.

Now that's what I call planning ahead, you still have 14 months to go. You might want to re-ask this next year as it's possible those things could change.

Pin trading usually has an officer pin trading night. Cast members who are outside each of the restaurants entrances usually have a lanyard as well. The gift shops usually have a pin book available all hours with pins for trading. Unfortunately, I have seen so many fake 'scrapper pins' it is comical. You can tell because in the pin books, there will be 3-4 of the same pin on the same page, and they all look different within the terms of coloring and finish.

Pre-booking allows you to pick your exact time needs. You can adjust accordingly. You can usually drop off yout tot a few minutes early without being charged extra, same with showing up 5 minutes after pick up time.

We didn't have any evidence of a character in the nursery and we have sailed the Dream and the Magic. We did see them at some of the toddler times advertised.

We asked the nursery cast member last time we were on the magic in Jan 2016 about characters bc I have seen pics of princesses in the nursery with the littles...she said each character has a set time to be out so if they finish their meet and great early (mostly at night when the lines are shorter) they will walk around interacting with guests or go into the clubs and nursery. We only put our kids in during day so it didn't happen for us.

We didn't see any characters at toddler time, but goofy and jake the pirate were at wake up with dis jr.
