Questions about MYW package cancellations

I have a question about cancellations with the MYW packages. We are set to go this July and have booked a package with AAA for resort,tickets,and dining. We haven't purchased insurance YET. My dh's work plan covers the medical part but I was wondering about this:

If for some medical reason I would not be able to go to WDW on my set dates, would I be able to just MOVE my vacation dates without any penalty?

DH said that if someone happens to get sick before our departure and we can't go, all we have to do is call AAA and move the vacation at another time. CAn this be done without a penalty? I haven't called to inquire yet and thought of asking you guys about this first. I'm sure that if something were to happen health wise, I would not want to cancel, just re-schedule.

I am new to this package policy, we have always booked room only and they were great about the cancellation policy. Just wondering....

I don't remember the exact details, but it depends on how far out from the vacation it is. I think if you make a change within 45 days, there will be a fee to change the dates, but I don't think it's a lot.
