Questions about My resale OKW contract

I'm so excited!! WOO HOO!!!

Today I wired the money and sent in the closing documents for our resale 26 points at Old Key west!!!
I'm going to do a add on of SSR OR AKL (I can't decide which one!!)

My question is, how long untill I am in the system, and where do I check?
Is there a phone number?? or do I check online somewhere??

It will take about a week after your closing to get into DVC's computer system. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

Ask your resale agent for the DVC Member Services phone number. It cannot be posted on these public boards.

They usually say within 10 business days, but it is sometimes a little less. When we closed, it took eight days for us to show up in the MS computer, but there were no points in the account. The points went in the following day. I understand that is not uncommon -- the setting up of the account and actually putting the points in are apparently done by different people.

When you do get fully in the system, be sure to double-check everything about the account, with particular emphasis on registration of the account and how many points (and of what type) you have. If there are any issues, it will be a lot easier to correct them at the outset.
