Questions about MDE for a friend

I have a friend who is visiting Disney in July. She has reservations at Bonnet Creek and has purchased her tickets already with her military discount. Since I always stay on property, I am unfamiliar with how soon she can book onsite dining & her fastpassess. Would love any advice on this so I can help her plan. Thanks!

Dining can be booked at 180 days out, so she can do that now. FP+ can be booked at 30 days out for offsite guests.

She can book Dining reservations through her MDE account now. Reservations are open to all guests whether offsite or onsite and she is well within the booking window.

She will be able to book her FPs 30 days before each park day.
