Questions about making PS's

Does anyone know when the following restaurants take PS's?
is it 120 days or 60??
And do I have to put down a depost/credit card # on any of these?

Rose & Crown
Sci-fi
50's Prime time
Rainforest Cafe

No credit card-unless eating on a major holiday like Christmas.


SciFi & 50's Prime Time--120 days for lunch
60 days for dinner
Rainforest--AK breakfast-30 days
AK lunch and dinner-7 days
Rose & Crown-120 days

Capt Jacks does not take PSs.

Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom is 120 days for all meals. I'm not sure when this changed but I know it was this way for awhile.

Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney doesn't have a time line. You need to call the restaurant directly though, not through Disney Dining.
