I booked our fastpasses last night but didnt leave much time in between for a few.

I booked Muppets 3D at 6:05-7:05 and our dinner at Sci Fi is at 6:55?

I also booked 7DMT at 11:20 am-12:20 and our BOG lunch is at 12:25

One more I booked Kali River Rapids at 12:25:-1:25 and our lunch is at 1:30 at Rainforest Cafe.

How long does it take to ride Muppets, 7DMT, and Kali with at fastpass if we are there right at our fastpass start time? Thanks for any info:)

I did similar planning when we went a week or so ago and it worked out fine. Typically you can go in with your FP about 5 minutes early, so we made sure we did that and we had plenty of time. We encountered waits of just a few minutes once in the FP line but nothing outrageous to us. I would get there as early as you can, even if it means waiting a few minutes until it's 5 minutes prior, and going right in then.

As the PP said, should not be a problem at all, especially the first two, where the rides are very close to the restaurants. I'd advise bringing some dry clothes for AK, and getting into the Kali FP line right at 12:20. That would allow for the rather long walk between Kali and RFC and time to change before entering the A/C if you get soaked.

The only one I would think about would be the Muppets. You are supposed to check in to your reservation 15 minutes early, so you should be at Sci Fi at about 6:40. The preshow video is 12 minutes and the actual show is 17 minutes. So you are looking at a 30 minute show from start to finish.

Time-wise, you'll have plenty of time if you're planning on doing each FP at the start of the block.
  • With a FP on 7DMT, we are usually on the ride each month within about 15 minutes of joining the queue.
  • We don't frequent the Rapids as much, but it has also been that we've been on the ride within 10 minutes of scanning in with a FP. It's also a good suggestion as previously mentioned to have a change of clothes if you are hitting a restaurant with AC afterwards. I planned poorly last month and we ended up with our lunch at the Tusker House right after the rapids, so we were still pretty soaked and a bit cold : /
  • The Muppets 3D is a show, not a ride, so timing is spaced based on each showing. It's around a 15-20minute show iirc, so tiem your visit accordingly. I've never actually seen the theater packed... so you might consider using your FP for something else and just going to the show without using a FP since you should be able to get in on the next available show without it.
Have fun!

We plan on wearing those cheap raincoats on the wet rides lol

For Kali it will be in the middle of August so I dont think we get cold but we plan to wear those cheap thin raincoats on the wet rides. I know I really did not want a fastpass for Muppets but we wanted The Great Movie Ride . Well they changed the tier and we dont want to ride Star Tours so we picked Muppets . We could just go in early and not use the fastpass lol. It is a waste of a fastpass but we didnt see any other rides that we wanted.

The raincoats may not keep your bottom half dry. I had one on and still ended up with soaked shorts on Kali. If you get hit right you can't stop from getting soaked. And it will be cold. We go in July usually and it's freezing in the restaurants.

have done the 7DMT fastpass on multiple occasions and you are generally in and out of there within 10 minutes at the very most. The ride itself is less than two minutes long.

You should be fine. I would go at the start of each period and you will be done in time.
