Questions about high school performance

My DD14 plays violin in her high school orchestra and they are performing at WDW in May. We had a parent meeting tonight and 2 questions came up that I need help with. First one is we were told that the music that they play there will be put to a Disney movie and there will be a disc made of it. The teacher said they only received one on their last trip. Does anyone know if it is possible to order copies? If so where would I order it from? I looked on the Youth Program website but couldn't find out anything about it.
Second question is about their instruments. The teacher said she thinks that after the performance or workshop they would have to leave the park and take their instruments to the tour bus. We are not staying with the group though and are staying on property so that doesn't apply to us. Do I assume that we will have to take the violin back to the resort we are staying at? Putting it in a locker is not an option because of the heat.
Sure do appreciate any help with this.

The school should be able to burn a copy of the DVD for you; we are doing that now at our school (well its from a Washington DC - Kennedy Center Performance) but I would assume it could possibly be done the same. You will have to take the violin back to your room.

A coworker just attended with her daughter's band. They gave the band directer (my coworker) the dvd as soon as the band finished recording it. She asked about copies and was told they could burn copies at home as long as it never was put on the internet. She said when watching the dvd its states it is property of disney on the bottom of the screen during the whole dvd. They did not stay after the performance so I can not be of help there. I would imagine you will need to take it to your resort. Or maybe have a friend take it to the bus and keep it until you return home from wdw.

I did ask the teacher about copying it and she said they can't because of licensing infrigement or something like that. Darn. Thanks for the info! I figured I would have to make a trip back to the room.

Okay thanks. I think all the kids would like to have a copy. As long as Disney says thats okay then that's what we will do! Appreciate the advice!
