Questions About Golf Transportation

We are staying at CBR at the end of August, and my husband has a few tee times at Disney Golf Courses. From what I've read, CBR will arrange "complementary" transportation via taxi to the golf course.

When do we need to arrange this? Where at the resort will the taxi pick him up? Should he tip the driver or is that included too? When should he arrange a taxi home?

Just go to the valet or guest services at your resort about half an hour before his tee time and let them know he's got a golf reservation. They take care of getting the cab--somethimes they put you in one of those infamous "White Vans" instead. The tip is included, but it's nice to add a bit for handlign the clubs, etc.

The clubhouse/pro shop will arrange for transportation back.

A half hour before your tee time is cutting it a bit close. It can take a cab 10 to 15 minutes to get to your resort if one is not available and another 10 minutes or so to get to the course. Once there you have to pay, get your clubs ready etc. I would give it 15 minutes to an hour to get ready. The rest of the information is correct. No tip is needed, it's included in the voucher. The starter at the course will get your cab back for you. All in all a very enjoyable experience. If your husband is playing on multiple days, disney will ship his clubs to his next course or keep them there for him if he's coming back. They will be on a cart waiting for him when his next tee time comes around.
