Questions about filling out cruise documents

Hi! First time cruiser here. We'll be picking up our documents at the port since we'll have just moved to a new house and I'm concerned about our docs getting lost in the change-of-address shuffle.

We're taking the 4-day cruise--it'll be myself, DH, DS 4, and DS 2.
Approximately how long will it take us to complete the documents once we get them at the port? Is there anything I need to bring along other than our passports in order to complete the documents (will I need driver's license numbers or any other things that I might not have with us at the port)?

picture ID for adults and passport or birth certificares for all. it took us on our cruise about 15 minutes to fill it out. both adults were doing the paperwork and we had CM's to help us.

If you have a car parked at port I believe you need tag number, make model etc.

We filled out our docs at the port..because we booked two days before we left..lol. It was quick and easy...everything you need to fill in is hi-lited for you. 15 minutes tops!

Don't forget a credit card to set up your ship board credit charging priviledges.

In regards to the below posted by webray

It also asks ffor what resort you are going to if you plan a trip after the cruise and the confirmations #; if you are being picked up by a third party there name and number; There is also a space for other.
This is all on the Departure information Card.

Thank you SOOOO much everyone; that is exactly what I needed to know. I hate it when I am filling out a document somewhere and it asks for some bit of information that I don't have with me!
I'll make a note of all the things everyone mentioned; thanks again! Also it was good to hear that we can complete the documents in just 15 minutes!

Is this paper work you can fill out at home- or can you only fill it out at the port?
