Now that I am among those with cancelled cruises, I wanted to get your experiences with FCC.

Can we only use the FCC one time? Like, if the total amount is more than the new cruise does the rest all go to OBC or can you use it on something else?

If you get FCC for one cruise and book another that gets cancelled too, does the original FCC get reinstated or just the new amount minus the OBC?

I know there are explanations for how to use the FCC from Disney, but I know some have been in these situations! Thank you!

I am wondering the same. We were cancelled for a May 2020 sail date, took the FCC, re-booked for October 2020. I am worried our October 10, 2020 sailing may be cancelled as well.
When I accepted the first FCC I was told by DCL that the "overage" would all go to OBC.

It’s only OBC because they won’t give you cash back.

If you voluntarily switch before PIF date or they cancel - and you rebook, you will have full access to the FCC to apply to the cruise fare. Or you can punt and take the money you originally paid.
