I've been reading about the three towers at the DLH. Could someone tell me which tower the concierge rooms are located in? Also, if anyone here has recently done concierge at the DLH, could you give me a review? What was the continental breakfast like? What types of evening appetizers did they have? Did you find the level of service good? TIA for any info you can give me.

Hi whitetiger! The DL Hotel concierge lounge is in the Sierra Tower, and most concierge rooms are there BUT it is possible to have a concierge room in one of the other towers. It's just a short walk between the towers, though.

The concierge lounge is small but has an excellent view overlooking Downtown Disney. Breakfast consists of cereal, bagels and assorted breads, fruit, juice and coffee and is very convenient. There is water and a variety of sodas available throughout the day in the refrigerator (help yourself). In the evening they serve a variety of wines and cheese and veggies. Again, very nice.

The concierge staff is available at the desk in the lounge throughout the day and evening to help with any needs you have.

Enjoy! :)

Just returned yesterday from DLH & Concierge. I have to "ditto" everything Michelle said. We stayed in the Sierra tower on the 9th floor. We went to the lounge everyday for breakfast. I would recommend getting there early, as one day we didn't go until about 9am & there was barely anything left! I missed my blueberry muffins that day! LOL. I always took a bottle of water to have in the parks, & we never made it for the wine & cheese. We did go there one night to watch the fireworks! It was a spectacular view, & no crowds! DH & I had bottled beer (only $2 each) as we are not wine drinkers, but if you are a wine drinker there seems to be plenty of choices. We met a wonderful CM named Barbara who was very helpful & very friendly. As a matter of fact, I received a wonderful note from her & will definitely be keeping in touch with her. We got a great deal, that is why we did Concierge. I definitely think it is worth it if you have kids! I know we will be doing it when we go back with our kids! Hope this helps! Kathy :)

I'm so glad to hear the good reviews on the DL Hotel concierge! We just booked a 2br. suite for our trip in November. :D

We are *habitual* WDW vacationers, and this will be our first trip to DL. I really know very little about DL and was quite skeptical, (even after all the rave reviews!!) about staying off-site. After a bit of *soul-searching* we (DH & I) decided to go for it and book the suite....who knows when we'll get back to the west coast again! I'm glad to have affirmation that my choice was a good one!
