Can someone give me more information as to what this is or direct me to where I can get more information about it? Can anyone order this?

DDE is for either florida residents or AP holders. for AP holders, the cost is 50$/year and you receive a 20% discount off most table service meals. it is good for 11 people. http://www.allearsnet.com/din/dde.htm here is a link w/more info. we used it in may and saved over 87$/2 adults.
