Questions about DCL transfers . . .

I'm thinking of adding transfers, but have a couple of questions.

1. If you decide to come in a day early and stay in the MCO area, can you get on 'any' of the DCL busses? Or, does DCL give you a reservation time to get on the bus to port?

2. Can you purchase transfers for one-way only? I'm thinking I want to get MCO / port on my own, but I'm on the reposition cruise and may want to use transfers when I get to CA.

Yes you can do one-way transfers.

We're getting from MCO to the port on our own, but using transfers to get back to the airport after our cruise.

We came in a day early, stayed at a hotel near the airport and chose to take the first bus out to the port the next morning. You don't have a set time. If the bus is full, you just take the next one.

I believe it just costs more if you dont do it the day of your cruise. I was told if we flew in 2 days earlier it would be more but I suppose that is because they would have to take us from airport to hotel to port.

Choose a hotel with an airport shuttle. We actually rented a car so that we could visit Downtown Disney and get immersed in the magic as soon as possible!
