Questions about cashing in through MyPoints

We "cashed in" for Blockbuster and Wal Mart gift cards the morning of March 14. That evening, under Pending Redemption in our Account Statement, it said "xxxx points pending." Now when I go ino the MyPoints site it doesn't say that any points are pending redemption. Our total points before we cashed in look like they're still there, but under the "total amount of points available to spend as of right now" it looks like they already subtracted the gift card points. :( This is our first time cashing in so if anyone can explain it to me I'd be grateful.
 
When your order for a reward goes from "pending redemption" to "shipped", the points disappear from the "pending" line on your account statement on the homepage.

This does not mean that your giftcards have been mailed. It only means that MyPoints has determined that you had a sufficient number of legitimate points in your account to order your reward, and they have processed your order.

You should be seeing your rewards in your snail-mail soon (2 weeks maybe?). I always order Webcertificates from MyPoints. Once they have been "shipped", I usually get them within 10 days - and they are sent via email!
 
I have a question about Webcertificates. I cashed out for three of them last week, and my status page now says shipped. (Well, it actually changed last week.) The question is, should I be looking out for an email from MyPoints or from Webcertificate? This is the first time I've cashed out for Webbies.

The email will come from Webcertificates and the message line will be something like:
Your MyPoints Webcertificate from MyPoints!

They come in batches, so you will likely see lots of happy people posting " I got my webbie from My Points!!!!" and know you should go check your email as it will be there in the next day or so.

It will be like a party this time! I bet almost everyone on this board cashed out for one this month! LOL!
