Questions about bus to and from MK

We're staying at Boardwalk Villas from July 13th through July 23rd. We have 2 days scheduled at MK. The first day, it is an EMH morning so we will arrive super early (did this on our last trip and it worked out great! Finished Fantasyland in under 30 minutes and the kids were happy!). We like to take an afternoon break too, especially on an EMH-morning. We have a 5:15 PM ADR at CRT for dinner that same evening. About what time do you think we should be at the bus stop at BWV in order to make it to our ADR? I know we should arrive early to the ADR. I'm thinking 30 minutes early would be ideal, which means we would be at the castle at 4:45. If we are at the bus stop at 3:45 do you think that is enough time to wait for the bus, get to MK, enter the park and walk to the castle? We will probably leave MK around 1PM for our break.

On the second MK day, we have an 8:05AM breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace, before the park opens (no EMH that morning). Then we have a 5:30 PM ADR for dinner at Kona Cafe in the Polynesian. If we take the bus back to MK and then the monorail to Poly for our dinner ADR, what time would you leave the room? I'm thinking 4PM, allowing 90 minutes before the ADR just to play it safe. Then we can take the monorail over to MK afterwards (we plan to go to the evening parade that night).

Also, I'm thinking that on the second MK day when we plan to go to the parade, we should drive to the TTC in the morning and take the monorail over to MK, leave the car there for our afternoon break and just take the bus and monorail to Polynesian for our dinner, as I described above. Then when the crowds let out of MK after the fireworks, we won't have to fight to get onto a crowded bus with a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old in tow.

Does what I am saying make any sense? Or is there a better way?

I think your reasoning is sound. In general, you should leave 60 minutes using Disney transport to get from a resort to a park (or vice versa) and 90 minutes to get from resort to resort for planning purposes. It usually takes less time than that, but it's always better to leave extra time than to be late.

Sounds good! Thanks so much!

Does anyone know how long the actual bus ride is from BWV to MK? And, does the BWV bus also stop at other area resorts? Does it get so crowded with people from other resorts that you have to wait for another bus?
