Questions about booking with Costco

Glad you pointed that out as I have been just randomly checking prices on DCL website and the mid & forward were the same price. But when I go back and check, some dates it's the same price, some dates mid ship is more. Maybe we'll try forward.

Generally speaking, midship and higher deck is going to be more expensive; forward/aft and lower deck is less expensive. But fares vary based on cruise date and (at this point) how many staterooms are booked in a given category.

We haven't cruised Alaska yet, but we always cruise in an oceanview stateroom and I don't really worry about location. We don't spent a lot of time in the stateroom; if we want to see scenery we head out to a public deck.

Enjoy your cruise!

I would also look at what is above and below the cabin you are looking at booking. Some people complain about noise and vibrations if they are above/below the theater, night clubs, etc.
