Questions about booking room through priceline

Has anyone experienced a problem booking a room at a designated resort through priceline? I read about some issues when people booked the express deals where the hotel is not guaranteed, but I am talking about where they specify the resort and room category in advance and you book that specifically. Thanks in advance for any info!
