Questions about BCV?

I'm not sure if I should ask these questions here or on the DVC board, but here goes:

1. Has anyone ever stayed in a BCV Studio? How was it?

2. Do you get to use Stormalong Bay?

3. Do you get free parking at the parks?

I loved my stayed in a BCV studio. Others have had the same room and hated it.

It looked out at Spaceship Earth. I just loved it!!!

Yes, you can use the pool at SALB.

Yes, you get free parking at the theme parks.

go rent points from a DVC member and save yourself some money.

when you rent points you don't get housekeeping...

Although I have not stayed at the BCV I am very familiar with the area. Stormalong Bay is on the lake side between the Beach and Yacht clubs. This is across from the boardwalk area and the walkway that will take you to Epcot. The Villas are in the back area behind the Beach Club resort. There is a connection to walk through inside the building. I came about it while the Villas were under construction. I don't know if there is a way to get to the pool from the outside.
All Disney resort guests are given free parking at all the theme parks. From the BCV you can either walk to Epcot (5-10 minutes) and the Studios (15-20 minutes), or take the Friendship boats to either park.
