questions about baby

Our youngest will be 11 months old when we go to disneyland in april. I have a couple of questions if anyone can answer them for me. Is there anywhere that one can find warm water in disneyland to make a bottle with? I have heard about baby changing stations in disneyland. Can anyone tell me where these are at or how I can find where they are at? Thanks!!

Baby care center is at the "end" of Main Street on the right, right before Plaza Inn at DL. At DCA it is right in front of where the Tortilla Factory used to be. By first aid!
