Questions about AP

Hi all,
I just read about the limited annual pass, the one with blackouts. Judging from the black out dates for 2006 (and assuming similar dates for 2007), this pass would work for me. Although I'm not planning a return trip within the year, it seems to me that the extra $20 over the cost of the 2-day with 3 free days ticket is quite the deal. My questions are:

1) does this pass allow you to "hop" between the 2 parks on the same day?
2) the main reason for purchasing the pass would be to try and nab a discount on the room at HRH. Do I need the pass first to secure a discount, or can I reserve with an AP discount, then purchase the pass on-line?
3) does the limited pass enjoy all the same discounts at the restaurants as the premium pass? I understand free parking is excluded, but anything else?

1) yes

2 and 3 ) you are not entitled to ANY discounts with the power pass. Its just park admission. You will have to buy a PAP for all of the wonderful discounts.

However, you can always book your HRH room online @ www.loewshotels.com and use the code APH to see if your discount would be enough to warrent buying a PAP. You dont need the actual PAP until you check into your room. ( or atleast a voucher proving that you have paid for the pass. Then you have to activate your pass that day. )
