We're going to be at AKL over New Year's and have a concierge room (yay!) with bunks and a daybed. Question - just how big are these beds? DS and friend, teenagers, would be in the bunks, and neither one of them are exactly what you'd call a junior petite. Are they standard bunk size, which would be fine, or are they smaller?

Ditto the daybed. DD would be in it, but she's 14. Do we need to be thinking in terms of going the air matress route?

Thanks for your responses!

When we stayed at AKL (Not Concierge :( ) we had bunk beds and they were standard twin bed size...

We had a Deluxe room with a queen bed, bunk beds and the day bed. It was just four adults. I am 6'2" and 230 lbs and I slept on the top bunk! It was big enough for me and the bunk bed is very sturdy. Dad slept below and was confy as well though he did bang his head a couple times on the bunk above.
The daybed was MUCH better than the daybeds at the other deluxes. It is essentially an nice couch. The back of the couch folds forward and makes for a fairly firm twin size bed.

Thanks for the info on the bunkbeds and daybed at AKL!
