Questions about adding a person upon check-in

Here's the situation:

Originally when we decided to take this trip to Disney, I had a friend who was going to go with us. He even bought the plane tickets to go. Then he had some things come up and didn't think he could go. When I booked the package 3 nights, e day MYW base + hoppers with meal package, I only booked for me and DD. Now he thinks he will be able to go, but he's still unsure. He won't know for certain until the day before we are scheduled to leave.

Question:

If he is able to come with us, will we be able to add him to the room and ticket package upon check-in? Nothing else about the reservation will change. We will just add a person.

I think you should call CRO and ask about this. They would be able to give you an answer. But I would wait until later, like after 2:00 this afternoon, because the lines are clogged with the people trying to get the discount that was announced today. HTH!

I had a similar situation last time I went . I went in aug w/free dining. First bf was going , then not going. It cost me 50 or 100 ( i forget) to take him off. Then at the last minute he said he was going. I could have strangled him!! They did let him on our package when I called about 2 days before we left. This time I just booked me and my son, I had enough of flaky behaviour. If he (bf) wants to go this time, he can call himself and whip out his OWN cc.
