Nope, the sailings that go to CC twice will also go to Costa Maya and Cozumel. The sailings that go to Grand Caymen (and Cozumel) will have the first day still at Key West.
I may have misunderstood your question but this is the information I found on Disney Cruise under cruises/special cruises. Again if I misunderstood sorry.

TJHutch is correct for one of the Western cruises in November for the next three years. This is due to a regata (sp?) in Key West.
Otherwise, to the best of my knowledge, no other cruise stops at Grand Cayman and CC twice.
If this is wrong, please let me know. We booked a regular western in July of 2006 as we really wanted to go to Grand Cayman. If we can get two stops at CC, then we will switch our dates.
