We were in the Bungalows at the Polynesian last week during Hurricane Matthew. There was Six of us.
They relocated us to Two Deluxe Studio rooms.
Would it be correct for me to except to get some points back ?
I know the hurricane was not Disney s fault.
But there is a 237 point difference between the two rooms just for the two nights .

What would you do ?
 
I agree - I would expect those points. I would be proactive about letting them know my expectations. I might start with a phone call but unless it was taken care of through that avenue I would quickly get a written request in to them so that I have record of the communication. That is a lot of points!!
 
I suspects they'll automatically do the difference. I don't think any additional compensation is necessary but they might offer more than just the difference if you ask.
