Tomorrow is my 180 day mark!!!! I was wondering what time can I start to make ADRs...both online and on the phone? I am in the Easter Time Zone.

6am online, 7am phone. (Both Eastern).

You may want to look through that glitch thread, as the system is currently accepting ADRs at 190 days out. Whether it's intended or not is up for debate. Basically, you'd book the same way you normally would, just enter in the last available date when you "link" your resort confirmation.
