What is liberal arts math?
My school put me in it for next year and I have noooo idea what it is. I searched it on google and you can't get a straight answer.

probably like an all inclusive math class. a mix of algebra, geometry, maybe a little trig. think like, math in elementary school, where you had a little bit of everything. just harder problems.

that would be my guess.

Our required maths later on are specific things.

I have to drop outta honors math for next year. Bummer (LOL).

So instead of Geometry Honors, I'm taking...plain Geometry.

See, with me, I have to have a medium with math. If it's too slow, I get verrrry bored. If it's too fast, I get wayyy lost. So hopefully, it'll be the above-average-right below-honors class.

*le gasp* I haven't been in a "regular" class since elementary school. Even then I was in the "smart" math class!

Anyway.

Did I mention that, even though I'm a freshman, I'm techinically taking a junior-level math course? Yeah. Algebra 2 is a junior-year course. That's why you have a mix of juniors/freshmen in those classes.

There's a group of kids in some of my classes who are in Geo Honors NOW! They're taking TRIG next year!
