Question: When can I add the Dining Plan to a package?

I have a package reservation for this December - hotel and passes only at this point - and am considering the Dining Plan.

Does anyone know whether I can add the Dining Plan on now - and if I wanted to wait - is there a point where I could no longer add the Dining Plan?

I *think* it has to be done at least 5 days before you arrive

I've added it after the final balance due date, I just had to pay for it then and there. I have heard of people adding it when they get to the resort, but I don't know if this still can be done.
