Question - Teen club?

My sister and I are escaping for our 1st ever cruise in November. Our sons are 5 months apart in age. At cruise time one will be 13 and the other 12. Is disney going to force them into separate events? Are they going to be allowed to both go to the teen club or oceaneers lab? Both are 7th graders and get along like twins. I will have a 10th grader along too.

If the 12 year old is close to turning 13, I can't see them turning him away. If he is in Jr. Hi, it is not likely he'd enjoy the Oceaneers Lab as much as the Stack (the teen hang out) anyway.
