Question since the upgrade...

Merry Christmas to everyone. Glad to be back up and running after the upgrade! One quick question: Where the post is listed next to each thread with the name and time of the last person that posted to that thread, the letters are now white for me and obviously, difficult to read. Is anyone else having that happen? Is there just a setting I need to change in order to change the color? Or is it just the red, white and green for the holidays? It wasn't like this before the upgrade. Just wondering......Thanks! Happy New Year to all my fellow DISers, too.

I noticed that......I'm going to go to "display modes" - close to the top right of the screen....I think you can choose different "themes" for the display.

Don't know if it'll work....let's try it!!

If you scroll all the way down-look on the bottom left for a drop down box. You can choose a different theme with other colors. I think the white was just for the Xmas theme. I found it hard to read too.

Yes, change to a different color scheme and you'll find the screen easier to read. You can check the Tech Support forum for notes or questions about any issues specific to the upgrade.

I like the holidays screens, too, but thanks for the info. It makes it much easier to read in a darker color. Merry Christmas againi!

the names weren't white before the upgrade -- even with the holiday colors. I'm wondering what the improvement are supposed to be -- so far am just noticing the negatives. It looks like there are more smilies, but some of them are X'ed out (including ones in people's sigs, that used to work). The stuff that's coming up white (like "private messages, names, and thread names, is really annoying).

What are the improvements? (What does "multi-quote this message" mean?).
