Question: renting or transferring banked or borrowed points

I want to rent out my points but I just want to make sure of something.

Can I rent banked or borrowed points? I think I can but I would like to make sure.

Regarding transferring, if I understand properly, I can not transfer banked or borrowed points. right?

You can rent a reservation made with banked or borrowed points. You cannot transfer them.
