Question regarding Tables in Wonderland

Helloooooo DISER's!!!

I have a question regarding the Tables in Wonderland Card. We are planning a family trip to the World in Oct 09. There will be three adult (in age only) couples. If I purchase the Table in Wonderland Card, can we get the discount if we all eat together but have seperate checks?

Not sure and thought I would go to the experts!!

No. The card is used for one check only. I know that when I met up with a bunch of friends last Sept, two of us had the TiW card. We wanted to use our cards to include the others in the group but the CM wouldn't allow it. Because the others wanted to pay their own bills, they weren't allowed to use our TiW discount. They had no cash, so needed to use their room keys to charge back to their room accounts.

But if you had cash you could have used the TiW card for the discount and had the other person put the entire bill on their room charge and you paid them in cash. It does not matter who pays the bill as long as the TiW holder is present.

as noted above, the payment has to be on one check - but it does not matter who pays the bill as long as the TIW holder is present. If you know you are going to be using TIW in this manner, arrange ahead of time for one party to pay and the others to bring cash.

We just ate at Citrico's and Sanna and had them take the discount off and then split the bill once on 2 cards once on 3. We have been doing that for years. It was all on one check but we gave them multiple cards and told them the amount to charge on each.

I thought you could have one check and post different amounts to different room keys. Has that changed?
