Question Regarding Groups

We are going in Sept (5 in my family) and my mom and her boyfriend maybe coming as well so that would make our group a party of 7. We will be on seperate dining plans how will that work when getting cashed out at sit down meals?

You just tell the server when you start to order that for DDP purposes you have two different groups, and let the server know who is which bill. They have no problem in doing separate checks.

Pleaase note that even though separate checks will be done, you are still a party of six or more the the automatic 18% gratuity will be added to both checks.
