Question regarding FP priorities in Animal Kingdom

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to plan out which FP to book when my window open later this week. I am definitely booking Na'vi River Journey for us, as well as Kilimanjaro Safaris, since they are the most important to us and have the longest lines. For our 3rd, we are debating between Kali River Rapids, Lion King show, Finding Nemo show, and Adventurer's Outpost (meet and greet). Do we need FP for the shows or would we get in regardless (having "amazing" seats is not a HUGE priority) of whether we have a FP? Since we will be there during summertime, I'd rather wait a little bit longer in a line that is inside in air conditioning versus being outside. TIA for any advice you may have!

I'm wondering too. I wish, of the 3 FP+s, you could book the same attraction twice. Then I'd book KS during the day, and after sunset. Unfortunately, I can only book it once, so I'll do daytime, then hope after sunset's still available that day.

I would shoot for Na'vi River, then the Safari, like you said.

And I would book the Rapids.

Shows are huge. And they run every hour. So, at some point, you should get in.

You don't need FPs for the shows. Book Kali or the meet and greet. Kali's line can be worse than the meet and greet, but it all depends on the weather.

We did the lion king show, getting in line about 20-30 minutes ahead of show time and had no problem getting in. This was also a busy time with it being NYE day. I would not waste the FP on a show. Plus the theater itself is pretty small, so probably no real bad seats.

Since you are going in the summer I would FP Kali as your third choice. That standby line can be brutal in the summer heat.

I'll agree with those saying Kali. The shows are easy to get into at some point because there are so many of them. With 9 or 10 Lion King shows per day I've often seen the doors still open with last minute stragglers coming in while the show was already started (introducing the animal sections).

As everyone else has said above, Kali River Rapids. The live shows (FOTLK and Nemo) seat a ton of people and your "wait" will just be until the next show begins. So you may wait 20-30 minutes if you show up early to get a good seat, but at least you have a definite point in time to look forward to as opposed to "oh man! This line will never end!!!" which is how we felt when we did Safari on standby!
We did FOTLK in April and they were still cramming last second stragglers into that theater a minute before the show started!
