Question Regarding add on

So here is the situation, I have an April UY for the Beach Club. While at WDW several weeks ago we called our guide and asked to add on another 50 points. I just checked the web site today and they are already in To make things better we also got 08 points

Now here's my question, the web says I cant transfer the points to 09 because I am past the banking window, but since I just got the points shouldnt I be able to have them put in with my 09 points? Should I call my guide or MS on this? Anyone who has done this that can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Can't hurt to ask. Give them a call.

I would call your guide. In the past as part of a new sale or add-on giving current use year points, they have often allowed the purchaser to bank at the time of sale even if the banking window has passed. MS itself likely won't know what to do with your request, go to your guide.

You should be able to bank them since you just purchased them even though you are past your banking deadline. I've done this in the past. Just call your DVC guide.
