Question re Price Increases and Incentives

Hey all. I've seen some threads mention that there will be a price increase in June. I've also seen a thread that suggested that the current incentives on SSR and AKV would continue indefinitely.

Is this correct that there will definitely be a price increase in June? Does anyone have a sense of how much that increase will probably be?

Is it likely the current incentive will stick around and apply to the new price increase?

Does the best way to answer these questions involve the utilization of a magic-8 ball? (I did ask my guide, but her seemingly honest answer was that she really couldn't tell me).

Current price of AKV to existing DVC members is $101 (minus $8 incentive if you buy at least 100). Current price to new DVC purchasers is $104 (minus $8 incentive). My understanding is that price for existing members will increase to $104 in June. They also say there is no certainty the $8 incentive will continue. In other words, they aren't saying how long the $8 incentive will last.

When I asked my guide how long the incentive would last she told me she didn't know. She said that the incentive would be around until a certain sales goal is reached and once that happens the prices will go back up to $104 a point.

What is the incentive for current members at SSR? I sure do wish I knew before that I needed more points, I missed the $86 per point.

The current member price for SSR is $101/point with a $10/point discount for purchases of at least 50 points.
