Hey Everyone,

I am going to be visiting my beloved IOA this January with my DH and would love to try the Poseidon adventure. However, I do suffer from asthma and am concerned by the steam. An over abundance can set me off, but a little I can handle. For example, I am fine during MIB at the end, but if that was the duration of the ride I would be unable to ride. That being said how easy is it to get out of the walk once started. Is there a multitude of exits?

Thank you!

There are plenty of exits, and always a person standing by the door to help with crowds.
There is not that much fog either....just a little bit really.

Hi there Serendipity, I have asthma and my lungs are very twitchy. Cold air sets off my asthma. I have never had any problems with the Poseidon ride. Have fun and Have a great trip.:cheer2:

Yeah they pretty much covered it. There should be exits at all areas and situations, I'm sure its covered by the fire codes like everywhere else, and although I never look for such things, do know that there has to be many exists at these parks in case of fires etc.

I think the major fog blasting is almost at the very end of the show (memory:confused3 lil fuzzy) and the only other thing I remember that could have some issues are the walk through water cylinder thing where the water jets are shooting around the cylinder. That part is very humid but only lasts for a few seconds, just long enough to walk through it. Don't think you'll have a problem but if you get into trouble, just look for the lighted exit signs and you can scramble on out.:thumbsup2
