So, we have a PPO ADR for BOG (good grief, it's as bad as the military acronyms!) and I would love to pre-order. Only trouble is, we have one child who is gluten free and all he wants is waffles or French toast. I can't find any info on whether or not I can pre-order his meal. Or what they even have (not those nasty Udi blueberry muffins, but something we can't get outside of Disney) for GF diners. Any previous experience or information? THANKS!

Not for breakfast, but for lunch I was able to preorder a gluten free meal at BOG. I don't remember the exact process, but it gave me multiple options for everything including dessert. I ended up getting the ham and cheese (whatever it's called on the menu!) with gluten free bread and a gluten free pastry puff. So the chances are strong they will have options for breakfast as well. To find out what's available, you may just want to start the process of ordering, just to see what comes up, if I remember correctly you can change your final order up until moments before you arrive!

Yes, you can pre-order GF (or other allergy free meals) at BOG. If your child has Celiac or a gluten allergy, though, I would advise against this. You want to make sure the CM (and therefore the kitchen) is as aware as possible of the allergy. I have a food allergy and have never had a problem at BOG (or anywhere else at WDW!), but I have never pre-ordered there. Disney is great about allergies. They're very aware of what precautions need to be taken, and the chefs are always happy to come out and talk to me when I've had a question or couldn't find something on the menu.

We always preorder at BoG with multiple food allergies. When you go to pay at the restaurant you can still request to speak to a chef. There is no preorder that matches our needs so we pick the closest thing and adjust with the chef and they charge me accordingly.

I don't know to quote two people, but thanks for the advice from both people who posted after me! A CM once advised me to order at the screen instead of online due to my allergy. I'll have to give it a try this summer. I'm eager to not need to wait in the line we always encounter waiting for the ordering screens. Thanks!

My son is gluten-free and we have had breakfast at BOG 3 times, preordering online each time. There is a button to click to see their allergy menu while you're preordering. If you look again & just can't find it, I recommend calling WDW Dining for assistance. It is there, don't worry. No need to ever wait in the long non-preorder line.

We had a great experience dining there. He got his own plate of gf pastries, in addition to his entree.

I am gluten free, and have pre-ordered many times at BOG (I prefer the French toast sticks to the waffles!). There is an allergy menu choice on the pre-order page. You can still speak with the chef before your meal if you choose, but I only do that for lunch since he is willing to customize options that aren't on the menu.

Ooh, thanks! Now he is all excited about French toast sticks!
