QUESTION RE MAGIC BANDS/TICKETS/MY DISNEY

We have set up a MDE, ordered our magic bands, it is asking to link our tickets
We have bought these through Disney and have a 6 digit confirmation number and email, which states we must present this at a Will call window to get our tickets, I therefore take it, I cant link my tickets at present. Will this be done when we arrive at all star sports ??
