Question re: Devine at AK

I haven't ever seen her...didn't even know she existed until a few days ago and reading something about her...does she talk? Where/when is the best place/time to find her? This gives me something to look forward to about AK...unfortunately, it is my least favorite park. I know, I know...there are those of you who LOVE AK...I am giving it an open mind this trip and we are planning on going there w/in the first couple of days of arriving. It seems we always save this park for last and I am thinking we have a bad attitude about AK because we seem to hit it on the day we hit the wall and need a resort/rest day. Soooo...now that I've blabbed on and on for a bit, anyone have any suggestions/tips about how to see Devine or any other special things in AK?

We saw her last summer around the bird show. Nothing really special. She basically just stays still and moves very slowly every now and then. She does not talk at all. You can look for the dinosaur robot at AK. He will be new this year so don't know much about him except that he is going to be around Dinoland. Also if you go over on the train to the place were they have the petting zoo and surgery place sometimes you can see the talking trash can. We tried to find him last time but no luck.

We've seen Devine several times between the Safari and the bird show about 1 hour after the park opens. If you aren't paying attention, you won't see her since she tries to blend into the flora along the pathways and she does an amazing job. She is on stilts so she is very tall. We enjoy watching her subtle movements and amazing costume. Have fun!
