Question re: 180 Day Booking Window

I have 2 back-to-back reservations coming up. I was able to book a bounce back with free dining so that is one reservation but my DD and I will be arriving 2 days earlier and I've booked a room only, without the dining plan.

Will my 180 day window to book ADRs open when my room only reservation is 180 days out or do I have to wait 2 days longer until the 2nd reservation that includes the dining plan is 180 days away?

to my knowledge you will be able to book according to when your first reservation is however you will have to give you credit card info for ones that require it instead of being able to link it to your dining plan

Hmmm...in the past I've always had to provide a CC number for those that required it even though it was linked to my reservation with the dining plan. Has this changed? Or, if I select the option to 'keep this card on file for later charging' (or something like that), does it automatically do this and thus I don't need to enter it each time? Normally I don't select the option and add it upon check-in but if it saves me entering it each time I make a reservation, it would probably be worth adding it!

there is a link somewhere that says something to the effect of "book reservations with my disney dining plan" I would check but their system seems to be down again. It was on the old dining reservation site for sure though

Moderator, My experience is that I do not receive answers over here so that is why I posted it on the other board. Wish it would go back as now I have no help at all.
