question on which "busier" time is better

hi guys...i have a question...first, i want to start by saying that i grew up going to DL, i had been 7 or 8 times by the time i was 13(a lot considering i live in bc,canada)...when i met my dh, he and his family had NEVER been... we got married and had 3 kids and finally, financially we were ready to start travelling...i convinced him to got to DW in sept 04 and going in he didnt have a good attitude...anyways, we got there and couldnt get him out of the parks..we then did DL in may 06 and sept 07...this last trip was hard on my kids school wise and i have realized that i may have to plan my trips so that they have to miss very little school or go when there is none...my oldest daughter keeps saying she wants to go somewhere different, not DL ,although she does really love it...a couple of days ago, i mentioned to my dh that maybe we should do newport beach for a week(did it for a day in sept and loved it) and then DL for 2 days...well, he said "what are u talking about, we should do 5 days at DL and 5 days at the beach ...i guess he is hooked... well, my question is....how bad is the very end of august or the end of june...my kids will be in grades 12, 10, and 8 so i am trying to avoid them missing school, especially for my daughter who will be gradding next year...thanks so much for any and all advice...all 3 of our trips have been at quiet times and we loved the half empty parks, so i know going when it is crazy will be not so fun, so thought i would get some opinions....thanks

We always do mid to late August and it has been very busy, but nothing past the 25th. So no experience there. School around here usually starts around the 20th.
