Question on Virgin

We have booked from 5-18 April in UC from LGW to Orlando with Virgin. Up until recently I was able to view our seats on both dates, but now the 18th has disappeared, do you know why this has happened as it's been gone for quite a few days?

Obi Wan, you were right about UC as I flew to Barbados two weeks ago in UC and I loved it, it's amazing the difference a bit of space in your seat makes as usually I arrive from an overnight flight feeling heady but I didn't from this one, I felt great.

Maybe the flight time has changed and the new seat maps need loading, this is often why seat maps disappear, if not then I am puzzled

This is what happened to us - you'd think they would write and tell you but apparently not. I had to call Virgin customer services who then told me about the change in flight time. After I had spoken to them the flight reappeared on the website and I could view everything again.

It did save our seats that we had picked previously though.
I'd just give them a call if I were you - you will only worry about it until you know otherwise!

It probably just means that your flight on the 18th now has 75% of seats sold or already allocated - after that, passengers can nolonger move their seats (so seta maps will not be displayed). In which case the seat maps wont return at all. Are your seat numbers still showing under passenger details?
