Question on Transportation Pickup Location GFV

We are staying athe the Grand Floridian Villas for the first time (so excited) in February. We are scheduling a town car to pick us up on checkout to go to Port Canaveral for the Disney Dream. Since I don't know the layout of buildings, where do we tell them to pick us up- in front of main Grand Floridian or in front of Villas? TIA!

Since you will have luggage, it would probably be easiest to have them pick you up at the Villas.

I guess that is what I wasn't sure of- so there is a driveway in front of the villas and they allow town cars, etc to pick you up there?

When you turn into the Grand Floridian, after going through the security gate, you can make a right turn into the parking lot and drop off for the Villas. The Hotel is to the left. As PP said, since you are sure to have Luggage ask your driver to make a right into the villas and swing to the front for the pick up

In modern usage, porte-cochères are still used on some types of buildings such as major public buildings and hotels, where they provide pick-up and drop-off space, for example for dignitaries, taxis and buses.
