question on the evening magic hour?

If we are spending a day in a park that's not offering the evening magic hour , can we get wristbands there for the park that is offering the evening magic hour. Or do we have to travel over to the park that is offering the evening magic hour to get them? When and where would we need to get them? I'd hate to feel that I'm lured over to that park early just because I need to obtain these wristbands. Please let me know how this whole thing works. Thanks

No, you have to go to the particular park that has EMH that night. But, you don't have to do it early. I have seen people getting wristbands at the turnstiles as I left at 11:30 pm!! They start giving the bands out about 2 hrs. before the EMH starts. They are given out in particular spots in each park...a CM can tell you where to go. You will need your park pass as well as a room key from your resort. They will scan the room key for each person.
If you get to the park after the 'public' closing time, you will be able to get your wristband right there at the entrance. At least that's what I saw in August.
