Question on Stroller Rental Tip?

I saw a tip on YouTube about renting disney strollers from the electrical kiosk machine at the Ticket and Transportation Center. That way you can all ready have you reciept ready at the stroller pick up. I wanted to know if anyone has every done or even heard of this?
